Hi!
I have known about alternative therapies since I was young, from picking up on other people's emotions, being sensitive to energy and having a big influence from my mother.
Energy work and alternative therapies have always been a part of my life ever since I can remember. But at that time, I was concentrating on other things like friends, school, exams and trying to 'fit in'.
Western medicine for physical, mental and emotional issues is too harsh for my body, and I remember always having to read the side-effects leaflet to prepare myself for what will come from taking them. Which did not feel right. Researching natural medicine and finding alternative ways to naturally heal my problems was something I did a lot as a teenager, and still do to this day.
When I turned 19 I was introduced to EFT and the Colour Mirrors system. After working on myself using these therapies, my life completely turned around. They resonated with me and released painful memories, emotions and problems that I thought I was going to have to carry throughout my life.
Since becoming a Colour Mirror teacher and training in other therapies, I have enjoyed working with others to show them how much they can release and change their own lives for the better too.
One of my favourite things is seeing my clients, friends and family change for the better after working with them and hearing about all of the amazing things that they have manifested. It's honestly the best feeling ever!
