Do you need to prepare anything?
Please avoid eating red meats and alcohol that day (even for the rest of the day after your session), and your willingness to change!
Apart from that, you don't need to prepare anything before any type of session.
You also don't even need to have a specific 'issue' to work on for a session. By booking a session you know and feel that a dis-ease is in your life... old patterns, negative thinking, physical symptoms, etc. Sometimes, by not having something specific to concentrate on for your sessions creates the most change. This is because you are fully going with the flow and trusting, therefore what is ready to be released has come to the surface without you consciously realising it and is now ready to be released.
Will you need to take any clothes off for the in person session?
Just your shoes for the laid down sessions. A blanket will be laid on top of you for extra comfort, unless you find it is too warm.
What happens after a session?
You will either wake up or simply get up after the time booked and go about your day.
Please take care of yourself, eat clean and drink plenty of water (lemon infused water is the best choice!).
Even after your session, energy will still be working and shifting out, so please watch your thoughts, feelings and the situations around you. See if you notice differences, 'coincidences', noticeable feelings coming to the surface, anything! Watch this space.
What do you mean by 'dis-eases'?
A dis-ease is when something isn't running smoothly, the way it is meant to, in your body/mind.
Discomfort, disease, illness, negative thoughts, repeated patterns, pain, disfunction, life experiences, etc.
These symptoms are all happening because it is the only way your body & The Universe/God/The Source (whichever resonates with you) knows how to communicate with you. These will keep on happening and manifesting in one way or another through the Law of Attraction.
The body doesn't lie, it keeps telling you the truth. Until you listen, learn and let go.
Law of Attraction?
Everything has a vibration and energy frequency.
An energetic frequency attracts the same energetic frequency (like attracts like, dislike attracts dislike). The Universe/God/The Source (again, whichever resonates with you) is always going to respond from love and give back to you exactly what you're sending out, whether it is negative (lower vibrations) or positive (higher vibrations).
Your body and life experiences then react tenfold.
For example : Let's say one holds the belief "I can't lose weight" or "it is hard to lose weight", then that is exactly what will be attracted back... not being able to lose weight or always finding it is a huge struggle.
Conscious vs Sub-Conscious
Just as the Colour Mirror bottles and EFT work;
The conscious mind (oil at the top of the bottle) is that part of us that thinks, passes judgments, makes decisions, remembers, analyses, has desires, and communicates with others. It is responsible for logic and reasoning, understanding and comprehension. The mind determines our actions, thoughts, judgments, and decisions based on the beliefs.
The subconscious (water at the bottom of the bottle) takes up 95% of brain activity. It is the part of the mind that is responsible for all of our involuntary actions like heart beat and breathing rate. It does not evaluate, make decisions, or pass judgment and it does not determine if something is “right” or “wrong”.
It just is.
Time does not exist and it runs just like the software on a computer.
Memories, beliefs and emotions are stored and controlled here. Just as a computer can only do what it has been programmed to do, we can only do as we are programmed to do. Our programming is determined by our beliefs and cellular memory.
This is why affirmations are just not quite enough as that is only talking to the conscious mind, which doesn't match up to your subconscious (your belief system).
Changes happen in our lives when programming and beliefs in our subconscious and cellular memory have been changed.
